All Day Pass – $30.00
One entry to the 2025 SFS Flute Festival.
Flute Choir Performer Day Pass – $10.00
All-day pass for those performing at the Flute Choir Showcase.
*Performers who are only performing and not planning to attend the rest of the festival, including the exhibition hall, do not need to purchase a day pass.
My Performance Only
Flutists who plan on attending their performance only.
Performing flutists who wish to
attend any other performance or visit the exhibit hall must purchase an all-day pass.
Patron/Prelude Registration
Patron and Prelude members are allowed one (1) ticket to the Flute Festival. Any accompanying persons much purchase an all-day pass.
Recital Performer
All performers receive free admittance to their performance only.
Performers under 18 receive one free guest ticket to their performance only.
Guests 5th grade and under are free.
Additional guests must purchase a day pass.

Admittance to any other class/performance/exhibit hall requires a day pass purchase.
SFS Member: Seattle Flute Festival Day Pass – $20.00
This ticket allows for all-day access to the Seattle Flute Festival.

10:00-11:00am Flute Choir Showcase - Sanctuary

10:00-11:00am ZAWA! Masterclass - Tree of Life Room

11:15-12:15pm ZAWA Warm Up Class - Sanctuary

12:15-12:30pm All Members Meeting - Sanctuary

12:30-1:00pm Young Members Recital - Sanctuary

12:30-1:30pm 15 Minute Research Presentation - Tree of Life Room

1:00-2:00pm Horsfall Winners Recital - Sanctuary

2:00-2:45pm Flute Choir Reading Session* - Tree of Life Room

3:00-4:00pm ZAWA! Recital - Sanctuary

*please bring your own music stand if you plan on participating in the flute choir reading session

Performance events will take place in the Sanctuary and Tree of Life Room.

Vendors will display their merchandise in the Exhibition Hall in the lower level.

All performers receive free admittance to their performance only.

Performers under 18 receive one free guest ticket for their performance only.

$20 SFS Members (all day access)

$10 for Flute Choir Performers (all day access. Registration code will be given to performers from their flute choir director)

FREE for SFS Patron Members and SFS Prelude Members (students 5th grade and younger)
